These motifs are in conjunction with the direct media coverage of theme year 2009 and are free of cost provided that usage of such material is in strict accordance with the particular copyright. There shall be no ambiguity concerning the attribution of the graphic material to the owner of the usage rights.
The usage of the photographic material does not connote the acquisition of ownership or copyright.
Kulturprojekte Berlin requests a specimen copy in the event of usage of any graphic material and a reference to the Internet site when using the material on the www.
Reproduction of the media or transfer thereof to a third party is not permitted.
The provided graphic material shall be neither rearranged, distorted, perforated nor substantially altered in any way.
The transfer of the photographic motifs to a third party is not permitted.
The user is liable for all damages resulting from the unlawful use of the material or from use other than that which was intended.
Concerning third-party legal claims of unlawful usage levied against Kulturprojekte Berlin, the user bears the cost of any legal proceedings and/or the cost of the defence against any legal claims. This burden includes any legal fees that may arise.
